White terror suspect arrested over ‘Islamic internet plot to kill Gordon Brown’

http://5pillar.files.wordpress.com/2008/08/white1.jpg A white Muslim convert was arrested today in connection with threats to kill the Prime Minister which were posted on an extremist Islamic website.

Why does he have to be described as white? Are we over-looking the fact that he may be British?  Or should we separate being British with his alleged intentions? Are we sending a message that no matter who is Muslim - White, African, Indian, Arab - they can’t be trusted. These word associations seem to be directed toward creating a further separation that it’s not the person’s race, but what they believe that is the problem. If the person was an Anglican Christian or Jewish, would it be said that he was a ‘white Anglican’ or a ‘white Jew?’  Please save the ignorant excuse that are white Muslims are not that common. There are dozens of them….that is dozens of millions of them.

For the record, there is no desire or intention on this blog to do harm to anyone, in case a frivolous action of this type of accusation comes my way — I’m setting the record straight.
