Park-Ohio Holdings Corp. of Cleveland on Monday named Jeffrey Rutherford as vice president and chief financial officer.
He succeeds Richard Elliot, who resigned last month after holding the post since 2000.
Rutherford has held similar titles at other companies in recent years and also served as Lesco Inc.'s chief executive from 2005-07. His base salary will be $340,000, the company said in a regulatory filing.
Park-Ohio Holdings is a supply-chain management services provider and manufacturer of engineered products.
