I ask you…. what would you think of the idea of buying 3 quarts of milk
instead of 4? I saw an ad on TV where KR*&^R
is going to start selling 3 quart jugs of milk. HUH.. Confused WHY>>??
Will it save us money?.. NOPE. we will have to buy 2 of those
to make the gallon and then will have left over. I don’t know,
but mine sometimes goes bad before I get to the very end of the gallon.
So 3 quarts might be good who knows. I just thought the whole idea was
a little whacky. I say we are turning back the way back machine and
going back in time. PEPSI is thinking of bringing back the bottles that
were 16oz. size. IMAGINE that!! Surprised
wonder when that is going to happen? COLA in plastic bottles is
so convenient. We recycle them here for 10 cents each. I remember the
old bottles and how heavy they are to deal with. Maybe glass is better than
plastic for the environment I guess. We will see. Will they revert to using
all glass bottles for other things…BEER? Thinking So strange. No more cans????

I heard about the jet that was hit at 18,000 feet in the air with something
that dented in the nose of the plane. NOW I wonder just what the heck
could have hit it at that high altitude to make that dent? I bet they will be
searcing for the answer to that question for some time to come. They say
it was too high for a bird.. so what is left??? hmmmm Eye-rolling

I got the garage front undercoated today. Nice weather for it.. cool
and breezy. The pole worked nicely, BUT.. (there is always one of those.),
The roller handle did not fit right and I had to use duct tape on it and
it still didn’t work too well. Sad I RAN OUT OF PAINT! Confused That means I have to make
a trip OUT OF TOWN (30 miles roundtrip) to get a gallon. DISGUSTED with myself,
I should have known I would not have enough. The project is on hold now untilI can
get more to put on another coat. HOt weather is coming again by weeks end. Guess the
whole thing will be delayed. I am not working in that humid stuff. Been there, done that!!

PRAYING HARD for those 10,000 who were evacuated from the fires in Northern
CA. this is getting so bad. Click there and read about it.. This is their SECOND time
since JUNE. Just terrible. Just 10 days in July and we have the rest of the summer
to go. now that is a scary thing!!

Posting this tonight as early tomorrow I take Mom in for her second round
of blood tests in 3 weeks. These tests are to determine how far along her
kidney failure really is. She really doesn’t want to know.. neither do I,
but we have to. Keeping postitive thoughts on this one.
