Our translations rely on a crowd-sourcing model, where anyone can contribute translations, and/or vote on the translations submitted by others. The percentage next to each language represents how "complete" that language is. For terms that that have not yet been translated, English will be displayed instead. The language you select here will be used for your account throughout the entire service. However, you can override the language for each individual site as well, if you so desire.
