    are calling for income tax cuts, particularly to “low- and middle-income citizens”, as part of broader economic stimulus plans.  Here’s one example: Cut taxes to spur spending, Ignatieff says (Globe and Mail) I’ve seen plenty of argument that “tax cuts” without corresponding spending cuts aren’t really cuts, but rather redistributions of the tax burden (lower revenue without lower spending creates more debt, which’ll have to be paid off by someone ).  What I haven’t seen
