North South moratorium gets the go ahead

Out of 83% of investors that voted on the company’s future, 83% voted in favour of the moratorium plan. North South Finance is owned by Dominion Finance Holdings, which was placed in receivership in September by Perpetual Trust. North South’s trustee is Covenant.
