  Breaking news at AfterElton.com (sent to me by Jim Huskins, thanks) on former Queer as Folk star and current Desperate Housewives cast member Gale Harold being seriously injured in a motorcycle accident:There are no real details as of yet, but TMZ.com is reporting that Gale Harold (Queer as Folk, Desperate Housewives) was seriously injured in a motorcycle accident yesterday in Los Angeles. It's been reported that he is at L.A. County - USC Medical Center in the Intensive Care Unit. He's new to the show this season playing Susan's housepainting boyfriend. Dan McCallum is very excited about Nicole Richie being on an upcoming episode of Chuck (me too, I like her, don't judge me!) and he has all of the clips from Kristin Dos Santos at E!'s coverage of the event. He says at his blog, Ducky Does TV:I’ve been excited about Nicole Richie appearing on CHUCK from the minute it was announced (read my thoughts at the time). Even if the Dow manages to recover its losses for the day, it will close lower today than it did before any presidential debate since 1996. Even more telling: the unemployment rate today is higher than it has been before any presidential debate since 1992.
