Ahh, it's been an exhausting and somewhat frustrating week, and what better way to end it than to hit the gym for 2 hours, doing an intensive workout finished off with a 20 minute 5km dash ^h^ I've also began to do a bit of karate again, up on the roof of our "mansion" late at night, going through the 27 or so kata that I have locked away in my memory. The release of tension, and the relaxed and serene aftermath of exercise is something I wish everybody could experience and enjoy.
