How did you feel the first time you heard Gary's music ? : I despised "Cars". Also, his image was rather androgynous at the time and since I and my friends were just entering puberty (and thus our own sexual confusion), this made Gary "The Enemy". This, of course, changed later... heh!
If you could change one thing in the world. what would it be ? : I would have allowed Preston Manning and the Reform Party win the last federal election here in Canada. Instead, the f**king Liberal Party is in charge and we're bleeding to death (annual deficit - $40 billion, total population - nearing 30 million)

Does Garys disregard for fans thoughts on God offend you ? : No. Gary has made it plain in the past that he is a musician who writes what he feels. His fans have made it plain to HIM in the past that they are fans through thick and thin, and that it is this honesty that in fact attracts them. Personally, I believe in God and think that Gary has missed out on what God really is - but Gary must find God himself, or else he won't have really found him. I look at his current "God Must Be Dead" phase as a growth thing... the fact that he's asking these questions at all means he's looking for answers. It's my hope that he will, one day, find them.
How can we get the word out about Gary ? : I really, really wish I knew. One way would be to do what the Trekkers did - attract attention to THEMSELVES in order to attract attention to Star Trek. Getting the media to run stories on our obsession, however, is a tall order.
