The office of Corporate and Foundation Relations at the University of Georgia is responsible for managing the University's relationships with corporations and private foundations. Our goal is to increase the amount of corporate and private foundation support made to the University of Georgia to carry out its mission of education, research and service.

Corporate and Foundation Relations works closely with the Senior Vice President for External Affairs and Deans to identify priority projects, and provides various corporate and foundation-related services to the University. These services include identifying funding opportunities, assisting with project and proposal development, facilitating the submission of proposals and stewarding relationships.

In order to create the most effective partnerships with corporations and foundations, Corporate and Foundation Relations interfaces extensively with the separate Colleges and Schools at the University (currently numbering 16). The individual Colleges and Schools have separate development staff with whom Corporate and Foundation Relations work to develop the strongest possible relationships with industry and private foundations.
