Ann Coulter Starts Early with Racist Slurs Against Obama
Coulter's job is to inject into the Republican echo chamber racist words that would be unacceptable anywhere else, and she's now given away the far Right's anti-Obama strategy.

"The novelty's wearing off," labor union economist Peter Greenberg, 32, says. "And I doubt I'm the only one wondering whether the Democrats picked a wonderful but unelectable candidate."
Since Governor Sarah Palin arrived on the national stage, people have been comparing her to others. Some say Dan Quayle (who actually DID become Vice...
I've had a bunch of mail on my recent columns pertaining to the return of Jon Stewart and Stephen Colbert to the airwaves. They tend to fall into one...
Welcome to the 28th Annual Emmys, and HuffPost's Emmy Liveblog! The Sopranos! Ugly Betty! 30 Rock! The Office! Special bonus: More Ryan Seacrest than you could ever hope to see! That goes double for Joely Fisher.
Last week a mix of water and sanitation experts gathered for World Water Week in Stockholm, Sweden to mull over the world's biggest public health crisis. The problem is that not enough people paid attention.
While consumers of most news outlets scored poorly on the test, a separate question revealed that a vast majority believe they follow national news closely.
Conventions are TV series, watched by people fleetingly, and must compete against better, more interesting programming.
Political satire is only funny when it contains an element of truth. Truth is what mainstream US media have been lacking, post 9/11. And truth, couched in humor, was what Jon Stewart had to offer.
Corsi's New York Times bestseller status is mentioned like some imprimatur to the book's veracity rather than introducing his book as the right wing tactic, Swiftboating.
Bottom line Tina Fey, lay off the Daily Show, until you offer anything remotely as trenchant and just plain funny.
Media-men-hyping-media-men interviews are always softballs. Which is why I laughed out loud watching Jon Stewart voice his distaste for Chris Matthews' new book.

Palin is the gift that keep on giving! lollll

Republican double standards and hypocricy are the party's standard. It takes thinkers like Stewart to make it plain. Hopefully the American people won't be fooled that third time.
Of all the clips I've seen , I enjoyed this one most. Very funny and TRUE.
VOTE OBAMA
I found myself wishing that the cable and network news media would do a serious version of this. Tell the truth, for a change.
The Daily Show is just a bunch of truth-mongers.
No nation needs to hear the truth! This is America!
Wicked funny! So amazing that they expect us all to forget what they said a few short weeks/months ago. Talk about arogant.
