PRICES & ORDERINGHOW LONG WILL MY ORDER TAKE?During the busy summer period, our turn-around time for invitations is approximately 6 weeks.
However, there are times where we are able to respond to urgent requests, so please speak to us if you need your stationery quicker that this. We will help you if we can! PRICESWhen you see an invitation you like, click on the image and it will bring up details of the prices.
SAMPLESPlease note that when ordering samples, our turn around time can be as long as 4 weeks (although this is usually the worst case scenario!!!!). This is due to the fact that we give absolute priority to our wedding stationery orders and during very busy times, samples have to be produced around these deadlines. If you are in a rush for your samples, please let us know and we will try to get them sent out to you as quickly as possible. We are currently revising the sample situation and are working on producing a stock-base of samples that will enable us to respond to your needs much more efficiently! ORDERING
Once you have chosen your design, click on the image on the website. You will then be prompted to follow the links to place the order. Please list any special requirements in the box provided to ensure that they are not overlooked! Alternatively, if you would like to place your order over the phone, we would be pleased to hear from you. PLEASE NOTE THAT OUR MINIMUM ORDER REQUIREMENT FOR INVITATIONS IS 20. WHAT HAPPENS ONCE I HAVE PLACED MY ORDER?Once you have placed your order on the website (or over the telephone), you will receive a confirmation e-mail. Within 24-48 hours of placing the order, you will also be contacted by Josie (design@imaginewedding.co.uk) who will provide some wording examples, our terms and conditions, and also some fonts for you to choose from. Josie will work with you to ensure that the proofs for your invitations or other stationery are completed to your satisfaction. Once the proofs have been approved, work will shortly commence on production. HOW MUCH SHOULD I ORDER?Your initial order can be changed by up to 20% each way, so you don't have to have precise numbers when your order is placed. We do recommend that you order a few additional items (about 10% in the case of invitations, placecards etc) to allow for spelling mistakes or unexpected guests. HOW CAN I PAYYou can pay by the following methods:
- Cheque made payable to IMAGINE
- Paypal (to enquiries@imaginewedding.co.uk), this method allows you to make online credit card payments.
- Debit or credit card via telephone
- Directly through the website when placing the order
