Based on valuable input we have received from advisors and our clients, we are reevaluating how we can most effectively connect investors with financial advisors, as well as meet the needs of advertisers seeking to reach those users/advisors. As a result, we are restructuring the existing AdvicePoint business and are discontinuing this service while we develop revamped and greatly improved, best-of-breed products that achieve this objective in 2009.
