Students enrolling in the telecourses will have the convenience of at-home viewing of television programs for college credit as well as the opportunity to review the week's taped TV lectures in the college libraries. Students are required to come to Santa Ana College to take the designated examinations and/or other sessions as required by the instructor. An instructor will be available at the campus, by telephone or appointment, to discuss concerns or questions which may develop during the course. Textbooks for all telecourses will be available at the Santa Ana College Bookstore.
Broadcast schedules are determined by the TV stations and are subject to change without notice. Most television courses are broadcast "over the air" on some cable channels, schedules are announced. Most telecourse DVDs/videos are available for purchase in the bookstore or to rent from the Distance Education Office or for checkout in the SAC and SCC libraries.
Enrolled students will login to Blackboard at the start of the semester and view their syllabus with information on broadcast schedules, textbooks and examination dates.
