SeeChange is a training and support process to help selected staff to lead and deliver major projects that are linked to the achievement of our organisational strategies.
It will increase the sense of community and partnership within the University, encouraging the breaking down of organisational barriers, promoting team working between academics and professional services staff, and shared values.
It employs a collegiate, organic and fun style of learning and exploration. It is also largely non-prescriptive, giving project teams the scope to explore their issues creatively and increasing the real opportunities to emerge with new insights and proposals.
"This was a very energising experience. Very successful. Had initial reservations but it was an excellent few days."
"Thanks for the opportunity to spend two days talking about and developing our project ideas in a structured and supported context."
"Well done! I and others came to the meeting with a lot of scepticism and left very energised feeling a great deal had been achieved on our particular project."

'Our Shared Vision' is the plan for the future of the University and sets out our long-term direction towards ambitious goals.
Its creation was influenced by the consultation process with University staff and stakeholders in April and May 2006, 'Have your Say'.
The aim of 'Our Shared Vision' is to create a University that students, research clients and staff choose to join, remain with, and promote, thereby delivering our explicit and implicit promises and enhancing the culture of 'customer care'.
