What special services exist for patrons who are confined at home because of illness, physical disability or advanced age?

Newsline

The National Federation for the Blind (NFB) has created a system for transmitting the information in newspapers to blind and visually handicapped persons. Offered by the Missouri's Secretary of State's Office, Newsline carries information from selected daily newspapers by telephone. St. Louis County Library is one of three selected service centers in Missouri, allowing for free service in the St. Louis calling area.
