  Wolfner provides free library service to anyone in the State of Missouri who is unable to use standard print materials due to a physical disability. The collection contains over 374,000 volumes in non-print formats, including fiction and non-fiction subjects, as well as magazines, for all ages. Newsline

The National Federation for the Blind (NFB) has created a system for transmitting the information in newspapers to blind and visually handicapped persons. Offered by the Missouri's Secretary of State's Office, Newsline carries information from selected daily newspapers by telephone. St. Louis County Library is one of three selected service centers in Missouri, allowing for free service in the St. Louis calling area.
