The Office of Human Resources' mission is to support the mission of the University of Arkansas for Medical Sciences by managing programs to attract and retain qualified faculty and staff, and to cultivate a management climate which fosters the personal and professional growth of all its employees. We support this mission by providing advisory and consultative services to support divisions and departments, and by ensuring that management risks to UAMS are minimized.
If you are thinking about joining the UAMS team or are new to UAMS, learn more about what is available to you in the New Employee section. The Current Employee's section is filled with information to assist you for most of your life events while at UAMS.
