Provide your contact information and desired type and level of support. Providing an email address in the same Internet domain as your organization's Web site will help W3C process your application. Please indicate on whose behalf this contribution is being made. The personal information collected here (email, address, etc.) is collected only for the purpose of the W3C Supporter Program and will be used for accounting, administration, and determining taxation (where applicable). Selected information (e.g., the Supporter name and logo) will be displayed to the public according to the policy of the W3C Supporters Program only if the Supporter does not check "Anonymous contribution" below.

Section 3: Level of Support

Please choose your level of support (described in detail on the Supporters home page). Supporter level values are expressed in USD. W3C accepts payment in any currency. You may use this currency converter for current exchange rates. Exchange rate fluctuations are not expected to affect Supporter levels.

For contributions of goods (e.g., hardware, software licenses, designs, or other tangible or intangible goods), please, please choose the Level of Support that matches your estimate of the value in USD of the contribution. We invite you to provide information about your evaluation in the comments field available in Step 3 of the application.

W3C also welcomes smaller donations of less than a value of 100 USD, although there is no associated acknowledgment on the W3C Web site or corresponding Supporter logo. If you plan to make a donation of less than 100 USD, you are not required to complete this application.
