Judge Gives Defendant Six Months In Jail For Profanity
Expletive Sentence To Be Served Before Any Other Sentences

CINCINNATI -- An alleged gang member will pay a price for talking back to a judge on Wednesday.
Jamel Sechrest, one of 50 people accused of being members of the "Taliband" wasn't happy that his trial is set for February and told Judge Robert Ruehlman "That's f---ing bulls--t."
Ruehlman replied, "You don’t say bulls--t in the courtroom."

Ruehlman then cited Sechrest for contempt of court and sentenced him to six months in jail. The sentence will be served prior to any other sentence Sechrest might receive later.
The judge also admonished the courtroom audience when several members groaned after Sechrest's sentence, then ordered another man to sit down when he tried to leave.
